EXCHANGE POLICY

 

1. Conditions for Exchanges

  • Eligibility:
  • Only applicable for full-priced and available items (does not apply to items on sale or promotional offers) except in cases of store errors.
  • Items may be exchanged for a different size or style of equal or greater value to the original product (no refunds for the price difference on items of lesser value).
  • Product Condition:
  • Items must be unworn, with original tags and labels attached.
  • Items must be undamaged, clean, and free from any odors.
  • Documentation: Provide the purchase invoice and any related documents. Include photos or videos of the unboxing to verify the product’s condition upon receipt.
  • Please note: We do not process all return cases for refunds
 

2. Exchange Period

  • Time Frame: Customers can exchange products within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We will assist in retaining the deposit and any excess payment if a suitable replacement is not found within 60 days from the return date.
 

3. Exchange Procedure

  • Contact: Customers need to contact customer service via hotline or email to notify about the exchange.
  • Sending the Product:
  • Pack the product to be exchanged along with the purchase invoice and the reason for exchange.
  • Send the product to the store address as directed by customer service.
 

4. Exchange Costs

  • Shipping Costs:
  • Customers will bear the shipping costs when sending products back to the store.
  • In cases of product defects or store errors, the store will cover the shipping costs.
 

5. Other Notes

  • Product Value for Exchanges: Value is based on the price listed on the purchase invoice.
  • Sale Items: The Exchange policy does not apply to items on sale or promotional offers.
  • Gift Items: Exchanges are not applicable to gift items or products received during special promotional programs.
